KAMI SEMA(Y) means literally: kami = kiss sama(y) = sky Standing in Kamisema(y) simbolizes to be always awake and aware in life. The slightly inward turned feet direct the energy to the inside (saving energy) Bending the knees 5 % gives you elasticity simbolizing that you can think elastically, that you are capable of changing opinions, of developing and that your are not rigid and inflexible. Putting gentle pressure on the heels helps to wake up the Kundalini Energy at the base of the spine. The 2 fists left and right are two balls simbolizing body and mind pointing towards the belly-button. The belly-buttom stands for the will. We can move and decide between body and mind (and everything that belongs to it).The belly is drawn in stimulating the Chakra Swadhisthana and challenging the location of the will, the belly-buttom. The trunk is upright, chest and shoulders are relaxed.The breathing is conscious. The S-shape of the spine simbolizes the borderline between Yin and Yang. The head is slightly tilted looking straight forward. This simbolizes inner peace, the travel to the inside and being awake.
